Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact at ERTC, welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and trainees professionally.
Handle phone calls and emails.
Support administrative tasks and coordinate meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Relevant qualification with at least 1 year of experience.
Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
Proficiency in MS Office and professional appearance.
