Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, managing a multi-line phone system, scheduling meetings, and providing general administrative support.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the front desk area and ensuring it reflects our professional brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage incoming phone calls and route them appropriately.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle correspondence and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Support various administrative tasks and team members as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma; additional certification in office management is a plus.
