Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, verifying guest information and handling transactions with accuracy.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date front desk area, ensuring all materials and resources are readily available for staff and guests.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor degree; or related field is preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience as Front Desk/ Receptionist/ Guest Relation (preferred)

  • Presentable with good interpersonal skills

  • Strong communication skills, English is Mandatory, ( Arabic and Hindi will be added advantage)

  • Proficiency in MS office ( Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Organized, reliable and able to multitask

  • Experience working in a multicultural environment, with a preference for candidates who understand various cultural sensitivities.
