Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations including reception, visitor management, and phone systems.

  • Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain records, handle correspondence, and support administrative functions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize office processes.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in office management or related field.

  • Proven experience managing front desk operations or customer service teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and phone systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic preferred.
  • Residency in or near Heliopolis, Nasr City is advantageous.
