Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations including reception, visitor management, and phone systems.
- Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain records, handle correspondence, and support administrative functions.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize office processes.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in office management or related field.
- Proven experience managing front desk operations or customer service teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and phone systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure.
- Fluent in English and Arabic preferred.
- Residency in or near Heliopolis, Nasr City is advantageous.
