Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage class bookings, memberships, and appointments
- Handle phone calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries
- Process payments and issue receipts when required
- Maintain accurate member records and schedules
- Support sales of memberships, packages, and retail items
- Coordinate with trainers and management on daily schedules
- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
- Handle basic administrative tasks and reporting
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles (preferred)
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer and booking system skills
