Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage class bookings, memberships, and appointments
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries
  • Process payments and issue receipts when required
  • Maintain accurate member records and schedules
  • Support sales of memberships, packages, and retail items
  • Coordinate with trainers and management on daily schedules
  • Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Handle basic administrative tasks and reporting

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles (preferred)
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Basic computer and booking system skills
