Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Handle cashier duties and process transactions accurately.
Record and manage client orders, coordinating efficiently with the floral operations team.
Respond promptly to client inquiries via WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Support social media efforts by creating stories, photos, and promotional content.
Assist with event preparation and execution, including setup & decorating.
Provide operational support, including balloon preparation, display setup, and upselling products.
Qualifications & Skills:
0 2 years of experience in business, retail, or customer service.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Excellent multitasking abilities and able to work effectively under pressure.
Professional, organized, and proactive with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Willingness to assist across various tasks to support the team and operations.
