Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Maintain office security by controlling access (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges, etc.). Provide administrative support to various departments as needed (e.g., filing, data entry, preparing documents).
- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting room bookings, and office supplies management.
- Handle inquiries and resolve basic complaints in a courteous manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s university degree
- 0 2 years of experience
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
