Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.

  • Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges in accordance with company security protocols.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services and products.
  • Coordinate with office management to ensure supplies and resources are stocked and available.
  • Support onboarding processes by welcoming new employees and assisting with initial documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor (must be veiled).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
