Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges in accordance with company security protocols.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services and products.
- Coordinate with office management to ensure supplies and resources are stocked and available.
- Support onboarding processes by welcoming new employees and assisting with initial documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- 1-3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor (must be veiled).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
