We are urgently seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our medical centre team. This is a critical, full-time vacancy that we aim to fill immediately on a first-come, first-served basis. If you meet the qualifications and are available to start right away, we encourage you to apply promptly! Key Requirements: Educational Qualification: Must possess a Bachelor's Degree (Graduation). Computer Skills: Must be highly computer literate with proficiency in standard office software and the ability to quickly learn medical management systems. Visa Status: Candidates currently on a Spouse Visa are strongly preferred. Availability: Must be available for an immediate start. The Ideal Candidate Will: Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be well-organized, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Demonstrate a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with patients, staff, and medical professionals. Be reliable and maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding patient information. Responsibilities Will Include (but are not limited to): Managing the front desk, including greeting and directing patients and visitors. Answering and managing incoming telephone calls. Scheduling and confirming patient appointments. Handling patient registration and maintaining accurate patient records. Processing payments and managing billing inquiries.
