Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm, courteous, and professional demeanor
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Manage reservations, room allocations, and special guest requests
- Provide personalized guest services and respond promptly to inquiries
- Handle VIP guests with discretion and ensure premium service standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments for seamless operations
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Ensure the front desk area reflects luxury hospitality standards at all times
- Upsell rooms, services, and hotel amenities when appropriate

Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 25 years of front desk experience in a 5-star or luxury hotel
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, professional appearance and etiquette
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience handling international guests
- Multilingual abilities (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations
