Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth guest check-in and check-out.
* Verify guest identity, manage payment methods, and assign rooms accurately.
* Enter and update guest data, including Marriott Bonvoy information.
* Handle billing adjustments, payment processing, and daily cashier reports.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
* Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
* Train and motivate front office staff to deliver consistent quality service.
* Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and financial procedures.
* Support management in coaching and performance evaluation of team members.
Ideal Profile
* High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred.
* Minimum 1 year of front desk or supervisory experience in a hotel setting.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
* Familiarity with hotel management and POS systems.
* Strong attention to detail and professional grooming standards.
* Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
