We are currently looking for a skilled Front End Lead specializing in Angular to lead our frontend development team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the development and implementation of high-quality user interfaces and ensuring best practices in coding and design./p>

As the Front End Lead at BlackStone eIT, you will oversee the frontend development process, collaborating closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to create seamless and efficient applications. You will play a critical role in mentoring junior developers, driving the technical direction of projects, and contributing to an agile and dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers in building responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to translate project requirements into technical specifications.
  • Implement best practices for frontend development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in Angular and frontend development technologies.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the technical strategy of the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on Angular.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with solid understanding of web standards.
  • Strong expertise in Angular and its core principles (e.g., components, services, routing).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Knowledge of modern web development tools and build systems (e.g., Webpack, npm).
  • Ability to lead a team and mentor junior developers effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
