Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Front End Development:

  • Design, develop, and optimize responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks and technologies.
  • Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality, functional code.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them effectively.
  • Develop reusable code and libraries to enhance the scalability and efficiency of applications.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance across devices and platforms.

Collaboration and Consultation:

  • Work closely with UX designers and back-end developers to create cohesive and functional software.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide input on design and functionality.

Quality Assurance:

  • Test and debug applications to ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standards.

Innovation and Professional Growth:

  • Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and trends to drive innovation.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the professional development of the team.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for front-end development processes.
  • Ensure all designs and implementations align with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation benchmarks.

Leadership and Teamwork:

  • Foster a collaborative environment, providing mentorship to junior developers.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, a related field, or equivalent cumulative experience.
  • Over 10 years of experience in front-end development within the healthcare, IT, or software solutions sectors.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex front-end solutions for enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia s healthcare technology ecosystem, regulatory environment, and market requirements.
  • Valid, transferable Iqama in Saudi Arabia.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in developing interfaces for HMIS systems or other healthcare solutions.

Key Competencies:

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as Angular, React, or Node.js.
  • Strong command of web development technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.

UI/UX Design Insight:

  • Ability to translate user needs into engaging, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.

Healthcare and IT Sector Insight:

  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabia s healthcare IT market and user needs.

Language Skills:

  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic is a plus.
