Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a warm and genuine welcome, immediately creating a positive first impression that sets the tone for their entire experience.
  • Efficiently process transactions, ensuring accuracy and speed while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods to minimize wait times.
  • Actively listen to customer inquiries and provide knowledgeable assistance, offering solutions and product information to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking shelves, tidying displays, and ensuring the store's overall presentation is appealing.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, seeking to find a positive resolution that preserves customer loyalty.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including opening and closing procedures, and accurately recording all transactions to maintain financial integrity.
  • Assist in the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of incoming merchandise, ensuring proper storage and inventory control.
  • Promote special offers, promotions, and loyalty programs to customers, encouraging repeat business and driving sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive and productive work atmosphere.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, indicating adaptability.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, showing physical stamina for job duties.
