Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome that reflects the company’s values.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails efficiently, directing them to the appropriate departments while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, ensuring smooth communication between clients and staff, and optimizing the use of available resources.
- Maintain and update the front office filing system, ensuring that all documents are organized and easily accessible for team members.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, providing a solid academic foundation for administrative tasks.
- Proven experience of 2-4 years in a front office or administrative role, showcasing capability in managing diverse responsibilities.
- Certification in Office Management or Administration is a plus, demonstrating commitment to professional development.
- Experience in the hospitality or corporate sector is advantageous, highlighting an understanding of client-focused environments.
