As we continue to grow and serve our long-stay guests with warmth and professionalism, we are currently seeking a Guest Services Agent to join our welcoming and diverse Front Office team.



What You'll Do:




Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and ensure smooth check-in/check-out experiences

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally

Maintain accurate guest records and coordinate with all departments for seamless service

Represent the warmth, safety, and home-like spirit of Staybridge Suites



What We are Looking For:


1+ year of experience in as a Hotel Guest Services or Front Office role

Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus)

A naturally warm, empathetic, and solution-oriented personality

Passion for service and attention to detail

Flexibility for rotational shifts

Opera Knowledge
