Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide warm, professional, and efficient guest service at all times
- Handle guest registration, room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs
- Manage guest inquiries, special requests, and service needs with courtesy
- Promote hotel facilities and up-sell services to maximize revenue
- Apply hotel policies, brand procedures, and loyalty program promotions
- Process cash handling and billing transactions accurately
- Operate front office systems including Opera and handle reservations
- Manage internal and external telephone communications professionally
- Maintain knowledge of hotel master keys and security procedures
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly
- Stay informed about the local area, attractions, and competitive environment
Desired Candidate Profile
Guest-focused personality with hospitality experience preferred
Proficiency in Opera or similar front office systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Good knowledge of hotel operations and industry standards
Ability to work effectively in a team with initiative and flexibility
Professional appearance and commitment to service excellence
