Roles & Responsibilities

Welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and a smile.

Handling check-in, check-out, and room assignments efficiently.

Responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests, both in person and over the phone.

Processing payments accurately and managing billing or cashiering tasks.

Providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Maintaining accurate records in the hotel s property management system.

What we need from you:

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
