Position Overview

La Cigale Hotel, a five-star luxury property managed by Accor in Doha, is hiring a Front Office Agent to deliver exceptional guest services, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure a seamless stay for guests. The role requires a guest-oriented personality, knowledge of front office systems, and strong interpersonal skills to provide world-class hospitality.

Core Duties

* Provide warm, professional, and efficient guest service at all times
* Handle guest registration, room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs
* Manage guest inquiries, special requests, and service needs with courtesy
* Promote hotel facilities and up-sell services to maximize revenue
* Apply hotel policies, brand procedures, and loyalty program promotions
* Process cash handling and billing transactions accurately
* Operate front office systems including Opera and handle reservations
* Manage internal and external telephone communications professionally
* Maintain knowledge of hotel master keys and security procedures
* Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly
* Stay informed about the local area, attractions, and competitive environment

Candidate Profile

* Guest-focused personality with hospitality experience preferred
* Proficiency in Opera or similar front office systems
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
* Good knowledge of hotel operations and industry standards
* Ability to work effectively in a team with initiative and flexibility
* Professional appearance and commitment to service excellence
