Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and screen incoming calls, emails, and mail, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, optimizing efficiency for executives and teams.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming and professional first impression of the organization.
- Manage office supplies inventory, ordering and restocking as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, supporting successful execution of company events and initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years experience in the similar role /handling experience. Freshers also acceptable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar and proofreading abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor, creating a positive work environment.
