Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and screen incoming calls, emails, and mail, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, optimizing efficiency for executives and teams.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming and professional first impression of the organization.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, ordering and restocking as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, supporting successful execution of company events and initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • At least 1-2 years experience in the similar role /handling experience. Freshers also acceptable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar and proofreading abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor, creating a positive work environment.
