Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1- Monitoring day to day operations

2- Supervises daily VIP arrival in terms of room allocation, amenities and special requests of Guests

3- Ensure that all team members are properly trained

4- Interact with guests, Handle complaint / incidents / accidents

5- Supervise and Manage employees on duty through guidance and delegation of tasks

6- Manage & Encourage the team to upsell

7- Develop high quality relationships with guests throughout their stay, in order to encourage loyalty

8- Maintain Lobby and entrance area clean

9- Prepare efficient work Schedule of Front Office

10- Conduct market and competitor analysis

Desired Candidate Profile

- BA Hospitality Management

- Minimum 2 Years Experience in a supervisory position in 5 stars and Luxury Hotels

- Customer Oriented

- Good English Command

- Good Command of MS Office

- Strong Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
