Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring a welcoming and professional front office environment.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings for staff and guests.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and reflective of the company s professional standards.
- Handle visitor registration, issue visitor badges, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and mail distribution.
- Support office management functions, including inventory of office supplies and coordination with vendors.
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and logs related to front office activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, upholding the company s values and reputation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of proven experience in a front office, administrative, or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a positive and approachable attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service and representing the company s brand.
