Roles & Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting Front Office / Guest Relations Executives for a top renowned hospital in Saudi Arabia.


Roles & Responsibilities:


- Welcome and Assist Patients upon Arrival


- Register New Patients and Verify Details (Insurance, ID, etc.)


- Schedule and manage appointments


- Provide courteous, high-quality assistance ensuring an exceptional patient experience

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, hotel front office, or guest relations.


- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)


- Degree or diploma in hospitality or related field


- Female Candidates only


Note-Candidates with front office or guest relations experience are preferred. Experience in F&B departments will not be applicable for this role.
