Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring smooth and welcoming guest experiences.
* Lead, mentor, and train the Front Office team to deliver high-quality service.
* Monitor guest feedback and Guest Love Scores to implement improvements in line with IHG standards.
* Implement guest recognition and loyalty-building programs.
* Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to deliver seamless service.
* Resolve guest concerns with empathy, ensuring issues turn into positive experiences.
* Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
* Ensure adherence to hotel policies, brand standards, and service protocols.
Ideal Profile
* Previous leadership experience in Front Office or Guest Services within a hotel environment.
* IHG brand experience preferred.
* Currently based in the UAE.
* Strong knowledge of IHG Guest Love tools and guest satisfaction metrics.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage high guest volumes while maintaining personalized service.
* Experience with hotel PMS systems, preferably OPERA.
