Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front office operations including reception, guest services, and lobby flow
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
  • Monitor staff performance and allocate tasks effectively
  • Support guest engagement and ensure high satisfaction scores
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and concierge teams
  • Maintain adherence to hotel service standards and operational guidelines
  • Prepare daily reports and support financial and occupancy targets
  • Lead shift operations and supervise the front desk team
  • Conduct training, coaching, and performance feedback sessions
  • Support implementation of guest service programs and standard operating procedures
  • Assist in managing room inventory, walk-in guests, and revenue opportunities
