Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your Tasks:
- Supervise and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
- Coordinate and monitor payment transactions and billing accuracy.
- Resolve guest complaints and claims promptly and professionally.
- Lead and supervise front office team members, promoting a service-oriented work environment.
- Utilize hotel management software and Microsoft Office programs to manage operations effectively.
- Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to hotel policies and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless guest service.
- Contribute to the development of new procedures and innovative service strategies.
- Support training and development of team members to maintain high service standards
- Plan and organize shift schedule and team tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and lead with a positive attitude.
What are we looking for:
- Experience in a similar role with luxury background
- High level of English and Arabic or Russian or Spanish
- A friendly and sympathetic personality
- Hospitality management education is a plus.
