Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage front office team members to ensure high standards of guest service
- Manage guest check in and check out and room assignment procedures
- Handle guest complaints, requests, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Train, Schedule and evaluate front office staff members
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
- Prepare daily report
- Maintain smooth communication between front office and other departments
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 4 years of experience in front office management or a similar hospitality leadership role.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective guest and team interactions.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Proficiency in front office management systems and hotel property management software.
Solid understanding of hospitality industry standards, guest service protocols, and operational best practices.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
