Roles & Responsibilities
Opera Hotel Tabarja is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead and supervise front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front office operations
- Supervise and support front desk team across all shifts
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and VIP arrangements
- Prepare reports and ensure SOP compliance
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Proven experience in front office management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent guest relations and problem-solving abilities
- Hospitality background is mandatory
