Roles & Responsibilities
The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of front desk associates. This role requires a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual who excels in managing guest services, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Lead and train front office staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team environment.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure smooth communication between front office and other hotel departments.
- Maintain accurate guest records, including reservations, billing, and special requests.
- Monitor and manage room inventory, ensuring optimal occupancy rates.
- Ensure the front office operates in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Oversee daily cash handling and financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in front office software and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
