Roles & Responsibilities

As a Front Office Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the front office and delivering exceptional guest experiences and your role will include key responsibilities such as:

  • Lead and support front desk operations during assigned shifts.
  • Welcome, check in, and check out guests while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, complaints, and unexpected situations effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate guest accounts, billing, and reservations.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Supervise all Front Desk employees ensuring guests are taken care of in a professional and friendly manner
  • Act as the point of contact when management is not present, ensuring standards are maintained.
  • Ensure health, safety, and emergency procedures are followed.
  • Prepare reports and assist in administrative tasks as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in hospitality with previous experiences in the Front Office Department within a hotel.

Minimum of 1 2 years of supervisory experience in front office or guest service within a hotel or resort.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g. Opera, PMS) and Microsoft Office.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
