Key Responsibilities
- Support the Front Office Manager in daily operational oversight
- Supervise front office areas including bell desk, concierge, telephone operations, and guest services
- Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest concerns, resolve issues, and maintain service recovery standards
- Monitor staffing levels to meet guest service, operational, and financial targets
- Coordinate team communication to reinforce goals and expectations
- Understand departmental impact on hotel financial performance and work to achieve targets
- Attend to daily operational tasks ensuring quality and efficiency
- Assist in maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction
- Oversee Front Office in the absence of senior management

Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or high school certificate with 2 years of front office/guest service experience
OR a 2-year degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business, or related field
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage conflict, handle pressure, and resolve guest situations professionally
