Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role:
As a Front Office Supervisor at Four Seasons Red Sea, you will lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service. You will oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk, support and guide Receptionists, and ensure every guest receives a warm welcome, smooth check-in/out process, and personalized attention throughout their stay. Your leadership will be key in maintaining Four Seasons' service standards and creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily Front Desk operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Assist with training, coaching, and supporting Front Desk staff.

Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.

Monitor shift checklists, ensure accuracy in billing, and maintain smooth communication with other departments.

Uphold Four Seasons standards of service, grooming, and professionalism.
Knowledge and Skills:
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Minimum 1 2 years of experience in a front office or guest-facing supervisory role.

Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel systems preferred.
-
Excellent problem-solving abilities and guest service mindset.
-
Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
