FS Regulatory Associate

This hire is to specifically support the financial services regulatory product offering. The practice may be subdivided into three parts: (i) freestanding contentious and non-contentious regulatory advice; (ii) transaction support (predominantly fund establishment and corporate support) and (iii) legislative drafting. Experience of working with a local or international regulator would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will have some of the following experience/knowledge:

• Regulatory licensing
• Fund/asset management
• Asset management distribution models
• Payment services and fintech
• Markets and investment services
• Compliance (conduct of business and prudential is preferred)
• Banking products
