Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and creative FS2 Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire a love of learning in children aged 3–5 years and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum. Key Responsibilities: • Planning & Teaching: Design and deliver daily lesson plans in line with EYFS standards, using play-based and differentiated teaching strategies. • Student Development: Observe and assess children’s progress, maintain accurate records, and support the development of early literacy, numeracy, and social skills. • Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment while encouraging positive behaviour. • Parental Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular progress updates and conducting parent-teacher meetings as required. • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to plan activities, events, and themed learning weeks, and participate in professional development opportunities. Qualifications & Experience: • Female applicants only. • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or (CACHE Level 3 or equivalent is preferred). • Minimum 2 years of experience teaching FS2 (EYFS Curriculum) as a full-time classroom teacher. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Creative, patient, and enthusiastic, with a sense of humour and passion for early years education. Compensation: Salary is competitive and dependent on experience, hours worked, and whether the free child place is utilized. Working hours may vary depending on the role.
