Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire FSE Department.
Drive new business development and revenue growth.
Develop and implement departmental strategies and KPIs.
Manage commercial kitchen projects from design to execution.
Oversee sales, after-sales service, maintenance, and project teams.
Build and develop a high-performing team.
Manage departmental budget, profitability, and operational performance.
Strengthen relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Review tenders, BOQs, quotations, and project proposals.
Report directly to senior management on departmental performance and growth initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking an experienced Department Manager – FSE with a strong background in commercial kitchen and food service equipment projects. The role will be responsible for leading the entire department, driving business development, managing project execution, developing the team, and ensuring overall departmental growth and profitability. GCC experience and strong leadership skills are essential.
