Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and dispensing fuel for company-owned vehicles and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking, safe handling, and efficient fuel usage within the logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense fuel to company vehicles and equipment as per approved requests
- Maintain accurate records of fuel consumption, vehicle details, and usage logs
- Monitor fuel storage tanks and report stock levels and shortages
- Inspect fueling equipment and report any faults or maintenance needs
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and fuel handling standards
- Prevent fuel losses, leakages, and unauthorized usage
- Coordinate with logistics and fleet teams for fueling schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fuel station and storage area
- Assist in periodic fuel inventory checks and reconciliation
