Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex fuel injection pump failures using specialized diagnostic equipment, ensuring precise problem identification.
Perform meticulous disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of fuel injection pumps, meticulously documenting each step.
Rebuild and calibrate fuel injection pumps to manufacturer specifications, guaranteeing optimal performance and fuel efficiency.
Test fuel injection pumps on test benches, verifying fuel delivery, timing, and pressure under various operating conditions.
Candidate must have capability of Cummins PT pumps, Cummins STC injectors and top stop injectors
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Holds a relevant vocational or technical certification in diesel mechanics or a related field, showcasing specialized training.
- Has certifications in fuel injection system repair and calibration (e.g., Bosch, Delphi), indicating expertise.
- Demonstrates 3-5 years of hands-on experience in fuel injection pump repair, proving practical proficiency.
