Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and inquiries.
- Organize, track, and process client orders from confirmation to delivery.
- Coordinate daily pickups and deliveries with courier companies and logistics partners.
- Perform regular inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy.
- Reconcile inventory records with internal systems and physical counts.
- Ensure all fulfillment operations are accurately logged in the system.
- Flag and resolve any order discrepancies or delays promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, customer support) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and storage space.
- Support additional operational tasks as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and assist in stock replenishment activities.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve order issues and ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and inventory movements using company systems.
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before dispatch to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the fulfillment area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance order accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries related to order status, delivery timelines, and product availability.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and minimize shipping delays.
