Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations and workflows to ensure optimal productivity and compliance with company needs.
  • Manage, lead, and motivate staff to meet performance goals and deliver excellent service.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Sales, customer service, supply chain) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports, including productivity, attendance, and quality assurance.
  • Address and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in budgeting, resource planning, and cost control measures.
  • Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations or logistics, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, process optimization, or handling complex operational tasks.
  • Ability to motivate, manage, and lead a team of employees effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to resolve operational issues and bottlenecks.
  • Understanding of process improvement techniques to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage schedules.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with operational management tools (e.g., ERP systems), MS Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
  • Attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and processes.
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong judgment and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to work well with people at all levels within the organization.
