Job Description

Safran Aircraft Engines (SAE) is a Safran Group company. With nearly 15,000 employees across 31 sites in 9 countries,
we design, develop, produce, and market, alone or in cooperation, engines for civil and military aircraft, as well as for satellites.
SAE has a network of civil engine maintenance workshops worldwide and offers its customers a full range of services: performance restoration, replacement of parts with limited lifespan, and inspection and maintenance of the entire engine and its equipment.
To cope with the increased demand for LEAP engine maintenance in the coming years, Safran Aircraft Engines Services Casablanca (SAESC) has launched the construction of a new shop in Morocco.
Our new workshop, located in the Casablanca-Settat region, will handle the maintenance of new types of civil aircraft engines (LEAP), which notably power the Airbus A320neo and the Boeing 737 Max.
As a Full Project Manager, your objective will be to ensure the timely delivery of parts to customers, while respecting deadlines.
In this role, you will be required to:
Meet delivery deadlines according to the production management schedule;
Process all Service Orders necessary for parts delivery to production in a timely manner;
Perform the full project according to the configuration planned on the configuration checklists;
Propose standard exchange solutions, either purchased or available in stock, based on the full engine reassembly needs.
Ensure follow-up of standard exchanges with Engine Owners and reimbursement of these exchanges with the subcontracting department;
Participate in internal performance management meetings for Gate 2;
Adopt a customer-oriented mindset to meet contractual delivery deadlines and anticipate the implementation of solutions in case of potential delays;
Participate in inventory optimization (VEX) within the supply scope in collaboration with the inventory manager;
Update and monitor the completeness management activity dashboard;
Job Requirements:
Engineering or business school degree with a specialization in industrial engineering or logistics, with 1-2 years of experience in flow management within an industrial structure, preferably in the aerospace or automotive sector.
