Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a confirmed Full Stack / Back End Developer , with a Master's degree and 6-8 years of experience , proficient in Python, ReactJS and NodeJS technologies, with an interest in AI and scalable architectures.

You will participate in the design, development, documentation and deployment of high-performance web applications, while contributing to the integration of AI/ML models and advanced data pipelines.

Technical skills

  • Very good understanding of planning processes and financial modelling.
  • Strong analytical skills, document structuring and solution presentation.
  • Good command of professional English; Arabic is a plus depending on the region.
  • Experience in the Retail or Automotive sectors is appreciated.
  • Ability to operate in an agile and multi-disciplinary environment.

Main missions

  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Knowledge of data pipelines, model integration, and AI service deployment.
  • Mastery of good development practices:
    • unit tests
    • CI/CD
    • modular architecture
    • secure coding

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bac+5 / Master's degree or engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Full Stack or Back End development.
  • Confirmed mastery of the following technologies:
    • ReactJS + TypeScript
    • NodeJS
    • Python (FastAPI)
    • GraphQL & REST APIs
    • JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, Sass
  • Experience with Redux , async/await, Promises, functional paradigms.
  • Good understanding of web standards, native DOM, cross-browser compatibility.
  • Solid experience with databases:
    • SQL: MySQL, MariaDB, MSSQL
    • NoSQL: MongoDB, Redis
