Lead Full Stack Developer – ASP NET MVC, SQL Server

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise and proven technical leadership experience in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with ASP NET MVC and SQL Server–based solutions. Knowledge of NET Core and Angular is an added advantage.

You will play a key role in defining technical direction, ensuring architectural consistency, and leading development teams to successful delivery. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bridging business requirements and technical solutions while mentoring and guiding the team.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead a team of software developers in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise grade applications using ASP NET MVC and NET Core

• Provide hands-on technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to ensure best practices

• Define and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and development workflows

Project Management

• Collaborate with Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysts, and QA teams to define requirements and deliverables

• Plan, prioritize, and assign tasks to meet project timelines and quality goals

• Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely delivery

Architecture and Design

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance backend and frontend solutions using Angular, ASP NET MVC, NET Core, and SQL Server

• Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and integration planning

• Optimize existing applications for performance, reliability, and maintainability

Database Management

• Design and maintain SQL Server databases including schema design, stored procedures, and performance tuning

• Ensure data integrity and support backup and recovery strategies

• Provide guidance on application and data security

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with DevOps engineers to support build, deployment, and release processes

• Collaborate with UI and UX teams to integrate backend services with frontend applications

• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business terms

Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase development efficiency and product quality

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and promote their adoption where appropriate

• Database: Strong expertise in SQL Server, database design, query optimization, stored procedures, and indexing

• Data Access: Entity Framework, EF Core, Dapper

• Architecture: Clean Architecture, MVC, Layered Architecture

• Security and Performance: Authentication, Authorization, Scalability, Performance Tuning

• DevOps and Cloud: Git, CI CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, IIS
