Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to lead a dynamic technical team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial messaging systems, hands-on experience across multiple development frameworks, and the ability to drive projects from vision to delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers across multiple ongoing projects.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs.

Drive architecture decisions and enforce best development practices.

Collaborate with product, business, and IT teams to deliver robust solutions.

Oversee the integration of financial messaging protocols (SWIFT, ISO20022, etc.).

Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability across front-end and back-end components.


Required Experience & Skills:

Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior Full Stack Developer.

Solid expertise in C# / .NET Framework (.NET Core, ASP.NET).

Strong understanding of front-end technologies (React, Angular, or similar).

Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, system integration, and microservices.

Experience with financial messaging standards and protocols is a must.

Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication.
