We re looking for a Senior Backend Tech Lead excited to build our backend from the ground up, define the architecture and technical direction, and later guide other developers as the team grows.



WHAT YOU WILL DO

Architect and implement scalable backend services powering our mobile app (Flutter)

Design and manage databases with a focus on performance, availability, and security

Build real-time features such as live order tracking and asynchronous workflows

Develop and maintain an internal ERP system for administrators

Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate user-facing elements with backend

logic

Own deployment and DevOps processes: CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and cloud

infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Define coding standards, enforce best practices, and review code

Monitor system performance, debug issues, and drive continuous improvement

Guide and mentor developers as the team transitions into backend work


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

4+ years of backend development experience (Node.js, Python, C#, Java, or similar)

Strong experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), APIs, and real-

time/asynchronous workflows (queues, workers)

Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization

(Docker, Kubernetes)

Hands-on experience with CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring

Strong understanding of security best practices and scalable system design

Leadership experience: setting technical direction, mentoring developers, and owning

delivery

(Nice to have) Experience with frontend or mobile development (Flutter)

(Nice to have) Experience with DevOps/IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible) and

microservices/event-driven architectures
