Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and platforms to support the foundation s community development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, designers, and social workers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Implement both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration and optimal user experience.
  • Develop and maintain APIs to facilitate data exchange between systems and external partners.
  • Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of all digital platforms and applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality code standards.
  • Document technical specifications, workflows, and user guides for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve the foundation s digital offerings.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed applications.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of new digital projects aligned with the foundation s mission.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar software development role.
  • Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and at least one modern framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP.
  • Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
  • Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Commitment to the foundation s mission and values.
