Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a solid Full Stack Developer who can build, scale, and maintain web applications using Java, React.js, AWS, and PostgreSQL. This role requires someone who can own features end-to-end—from backend APIs to frontend UI and cloud deployment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot preferred)

Build responsive and performant frontend applications using React.js

Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend components

Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.)

Design and manage PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and performance tuning

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver features on time

Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability



Required Skills

Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA)

Hands-on experience with React.js (hooks, state management, component design)

Practical knowledge of AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch; Lambda is a plus)

Solid experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization)

Experience building and consuming REST APIs

Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD workflows

Understanding of application security and performance best practices



Good to Have

Experience with Docker and containerized deployments

Knowledge of microservices architecture

Exposure to CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)

Basic understanding of frontend testing and backend unit testing
