Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Our partner is hiring a Full Stack Developer to build an innovative platform that enables founders, investors, and corporates to build impactful companies with local and global reach.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership
- Convert complex business requirements into scalable system and database designs
- Lead RESTful API development, including versioning, security, and comprehensive documentation
Team Guidance and Development
- Mentor a compact engineering team (3 5 members) through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge transfer
- Facilitate Agile processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
Execution Excellence
- Deliver high-quality features in iterative cycles while maintaining system reliability under demanding timelines
- Apply strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, and computational complexity
Quality Assurance
- Enforce coding standards to distinguish exemplary from suboptimal implementations
- Design for observability, incident response, and proactive monitoring
Desired Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure, autonomous environments (remote-first with UAE time-zone alignment)
Exceptional command of English for technical documentation and stakeholder communication
Evidence of expertise via GitHub repositories or Stack Overflow contributions
Prior experience in startups or venture environments is advantageous
