Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Laravel (PHP) and Next.js / React to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and has outstanding debugging skills and is able to work with existing code to make improvements. You will work across both backend
● Debug, Develop and maintain backend systems using Laravel ● Design and build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services ● Develop high-performance frontend applications using Next.js / React ● Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases (MySQL and/or other RDBMS) ● Write clean, secure, scalable, and well-documented code ● Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control ● Optimize application performance and database queries ● Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers ● Participate in code reviews and technical planning sessions ● Deploy and maintain applications in production environments
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Qualifications ● Strong experience with Laravel (PHP framework) ● Strong experience with Next.js and/or React ● Solid knowledge of MySQL ● Experience with other RDBMS such as PostgreSQL, MSSQL, or MariaDB is a plus ● Strong understanding of database design, indexing, and query optimization ● Experience building RESTful APIs ● Knowledge of authentication systems (JWT, OAuth, etc.) ● Familiarity with Git version control ● Experience with server deployment (Linux-based environments preferred) ● Understanding of security best practices in web development Preferred Qualifications ● Experience with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) using Next.js ● Familiarity with Docker or containerized environments ● Experience with CI/CD pipelines ● Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Azure, etc.) ● Experience working in Agile development environments
