Role:
Develop, maintain, and support web and mobile applications, including integration with government systems.

Responsibilities:
System development and maintenance
Testing and deployment
Documentation
Performance optimization
Security compliance
Service Levels (SLA):
Critical: 1-hour response, 4-hour resolution
High: 4-hour response, 24-hour resolution
Medium: 8-hour response, 3 days resolution
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should having Arabic speaking Skills.
