Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture and design decisions for full-stack applications.
Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high performance and growth.
Oversee the development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
Ensure code quality, scalability, and security best practices.
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development processes.
Manage timelines, resources, and risks across multiple projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
Proven experience in leading full-stack development teams.
Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
Experience with microservices and serverless architectures.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Desired Candidate Profile
7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
